Today during cyber smart we got shown some images and a few videos and we had to decide if they were real or fake. Most of them were fake and very easy to spot what one is fake. Then we had to find a cool looking background and a few images to add to the google drawing. Once you have found all your pictures you had to take a selfie and add it into your photo. Can you tell if mine is real?

Over the holidays I went camping at Ashley Gorge. I met up with my four friends from Oxford and Christchurch. I only stayed for three days and I wished I could stay longer. At Ashley Gorge there is a great swimming place. The river that you are able to swim in is sometimes really warm or either freezing cold, while I was camping it was the perfect temperature. On the last two nights we were the only people camping there! It was very quiet and quite nice because you didn’t have to queue for anything! On the last night I was there my friend parked up her truck and we watched a movie sitting on the back of the truck. I would definitely recommend bringing a ton of bug spray because the sandflies are insane! My friends and I slept in a really big tent, I think it was for about 6 people so there was a bunch of space even with our bags in the tent.
Over the last few weeks we had a task to get some countries every year the Olympics were held and find some scandals and controversies that happened in that country. I didn’t complete all of them but I did most of them. I used wikipedia to find all the information, but Google for them photos. Some of these country’s I had no idea that some of these country’s held the Olympics.
Last week for a reading activity we got given five words and I choose the word wasteland. All of the words realated to a part in Storm Breakers. The red part of the thermometer means that I think that word is the best option!
For our reading challenge we had to choose a word from The Boy in Striped Pyjamas. First of all we had to use the dictionary to find out the definition and copy and paste it from the dictionary. Then we had to find out some facts for the word holocaust. After that then I had to write a example using the word holocaust. Finally I had to use a non-example but still using the word holocaust but using it incorrectly.

On Friday our class watched The Boy In Striped Pyjamas! Here are some things that happend in the movie and book!
. I added a pink bakground even tho blobfish’s are a pale white colour!I found everything easy!
I found nothing hard!
Next time I will use a different animal!
In class we had to make a Bio Poem about us. Firstly we had to write our draft in our writing book. Then we had to make a google drawing and write what we wrote. We aslo had to make it pretty by adding some pictures. As you can see I write “Who needs robuxs” so I decided to add a robux symbol! Also, because I would like to see the Eiffel Tower I put a picture of it.
I found this task quite easy and fun!
I found finding PNG pictures hard.
Next time I will add more colours!
Today I had a task to make a poster for wanted reindeer to help Santa deliver the presents to all of the house’s!
I really enjoyed making this poster becuase it didn’t take to long to make!
I didn’t like finding the PNG pictures becuase there was pictures that weren’t PNG.
Next time I will write more detail’s about finding the reindeer!

In assembly M2 won the highest attendance award and we got to go to the Top Ten Mini Golf Course. Our entire class got to go and we were the only people there. My team didn’t really keep the score because the score card got really wet and soggy. My team had Mrs King, Marlie-May, Priah, Lilly and me.
